P&O Cruises have announced today the extended pause on their operations until 2021. Due to the ongoing travel restrictions globally the Cruise Line were left with little choice but to cancel all their sailings until early 2021.

The have cancelled all Caribbean cruises until the end of January 2021 as well as all cruises departing from and to Southampton until February 2021. Arcadia and Aurora are the exceptions as they have already been cancelled through to the end of their spring world cruises.

All guests booked on a cancelled cruised will receive a future cruise credit of 125% or a full refund.

Speaking about the announcement P&O Cruises President, Paul Ludlow commented:

“These further cancellations vary according to ship and itinerary. We’ve also taken into account complexity and length of itineraries, advice and guidance regarding ports of call and current air availability for fly-cruises. We are so sorry for the disappointment this will cause.

We continue to work in partnership with public health agencies at the highest level as well as Department for Transport, EU Healthy Gateways and Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), the industry governing body, and hope to share details of our new approved health protocols shortly.”
